  2. Cloves
  3. Cinnamon
  4. Dry chillies
  5. Bay leaf
  6. Whole cumin seeds


  •  How to make?

  1. First we will wash the chicken well and marinate it and keep it aside with turmeric and salt.
  2. Now we will cut onion, tomato, chilli, coriander leaves separately and make a paste of
  3. Ginger, Garlic, Chilli, Tomato, Onion, Cumin powder, Coriander powder, Kashmiri Chilli Powder, Spicy Chilli Powder, Pepper Powder, Meat Masala.
  4. Now will put oil in the pan, when the oil gets a little hot, first will add the front.
  5. Stir it a little and add the chopped onion. After the onion turns light golden brown in color, we will add the chicken. After frying the chicken, now we will add the paste and fry well.
  6. We will sometimes see the chicken, leave it in the net and pour a little water three times in the interval of 10 mins. Now the cooking is complete, now we will add the water as much as required, after it boils a little, we will spread the garam masala on top and coriander leaves on top.
